Local History Series @ Bosler Library: Mt Tabor Preservation Project

Join Dr. Lindsay Varner and Carmen James for a conversation on the Mt Tabor Preservation Project and their efforts to save the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church and the stories of residents who worshipped and used the site as a community space in Mt. Holly Springs. Since the project started, the site has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the Cumberland County Register of Historic Places. In 2025, it was granted a Keystone State Marker.
