Description

William E. Miller, Congressional Medal of Honor recipient and President of the Hamilton Library Association stands with museum exhibits in one of the rooms of the Hamilton Library (now CCHS).  An old plow and farming tools are in the forefront of the photo with display cases and paintings against the walls.  This photo was probably taken during Carlisle’s 1901 Sesquicentennial (00774A#01).
